Refund Policy , Replacement policy
Live Animals – Replacements Only
WoodPigs do not offer refunds for live animals under any circumstances.
Live goods are non returnable
Woodpigs supply replacements only under the following conditions. If an like for like replacements are not available . Similar products will be offered .

1. The order was shipped via Royal Mail

2. The animals arrived perished.

(once animals are in a customer care Woodpigs have no control over conditions due to this replacements are only offered on Dead on arrival)

3. Photo or video evidence is provided as policy below.

4. The conditions in the Live Animals shipment policy have not be broken.

5. The animals must be delivered to the shipping address ( it is the customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping details )
Photo & Video Evidence .

For replacement animals to be issued. Photo or video evidence of the deceased animals must be provided.

Photo/video must be emailed within 1 hour of the recorded delivery time .

The delivery time must be the first delivery attempt.

Include your order number.
Replacements will be at Woodpigs sole discretion.
All Free items ( Freebies and gifts) are non refundable and returnable
Dry Goods \Enclosures
Wood pigs will refund or replacement faulty or damaged dry goods.
Under the following conditions

You notify Woodpigs via email woodpiguk@gmail.com within 24hrs of delivery

You provide photo or video proof of the issue including any damage to postal package.

Woodpigs will replace or refund all damaged dry goods if conditions in policy are unbroken. Wood pigs will accept returns of undamaged unwanted items . Return shipping is at customers cost .
All claims are assessed individually. Refund \ replacements are at Woodpigs
sole discretion .
